Martynas Samulionis has more than 7 years of experience in investment management, and over 7 years of experience in forest and agricultural management as well. He has been working at INVL Farmland Management for 7 years, where he has managed 3,000 ha of agricultural land and served as a member and chairman of the board. In his career, he has also consolidated the INVL Baltic Forests Fund I’s portfolio of more than 5,600 ha and participated in other forest and agricultural land deals together with the INVL Asset Management team.

Sigita Bizulienė has more than 10 years of experience in forest and agricultural management and more than 7 years of experience in investment management. In her career, she has consolidated the INVL Baltic Forests Fund I’s portfolio of more than 5,600 ha and led forest acquisitions at Greengold Management, a foreign-capital investment firm, consolidating more than 6,000 ha of forest. Within the Invalda INVL group, Sigita has successfully consolidated over 5,000 ha of agricultural land plots. The average annual return INVL BFF I investments generated for investors was 27.29%.
